Test Capabilities

JKM's product reliability verification includes extensive investment in measurement and test equipment. Electro-mechanical devices such as tensile and hardness testers, optical comparators, and computerized coordinate measurement equipment are calibrated and controlled through our MIL-Q-9858(A) and ISO 9002 documentation.

Electronic testing of components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies is performed throughout the manufacturing process. A variety of function-specific test equipment, including Flexible Automatic Tester (FACT) and centrifugal testing equipment is available on-site. Specific functional tests, unique to deliverable hardware, are performed to meet the customer's most demanding requirements.
